Mobile torch E-HT-M-500

EnWell has developed a mobile torch for rapid deployment of a torch at various locations. The torch combustion chamber can be set up at the push of a button and is immediately operational after connecting the electrical. 

Capacity range 50-5000 Nm3/h 1,000-1,200 °C

For the combustion of biogas, landfill gas, industrial gases and gases from geothermal energy, under high temperature conditions (1,000-1,200 °C), Enwell supplies biogas flares with a mineral “high temperature” resistant insulation of the combustion chamber whereby biogas with a temperature of 1,000-1,200 °C and a residence time > 0.3 s is burned.    

High temperature flares are generally used where they are in operation for >50 hours per year and where emissions are important. The combustion of the gas takes place with an efficiency of >99.99%. The torches are available in different capacities and designs

Capacity range 50-5000 Nm3/h 800-900 °C

The biogas torch type E-LT is extremely suitable for burning biogas under low temperature conditions (800-900 °C). These flares have no mineral insulation of the combustion chamber and are mainly used as emergency flares. The air supply is manually adjustable so that the combustion temperature can be set fixed while the calorific value of the biogas remains the same.
