Biogas analysis systems
CH4/CO2/O2/H2S
Biogas analysis systems are used to determine the composition of the biogas and also to monitor whether the biogas has the correct composition to be able to use the biogas usefully. Biogas is also analyzed to monitor whether the biogas composition is an explosive mixture and to switch off the biogas installation on this basis. Enwell supplies complete biogas analysis systems that can be modularly constructed with the following analysers:

All biogas analysis systems are basically built with:
Steel control box (wall model or on frame);
sampling pump;
flow setting;
Biogas dryer (Peltier cooler);
condensate drain pump;
filtering;
Analyzers (choice of CH4/CO2/O2/H2S) with digital display;
Connections and device to calibrate the analyzers;
Signal exchange (digital and analog) with external control.
