Waste water evaporation
Capacity 0.1-20 t/h
EPCON is a Norwegian company with 30 years of experience in evaporating wastewater streams. EPCON and Enwell have a partnership for the supply and production of evaporation installations, suitable for treating wastewater from digesters, fish processing and the food industry. The objective is to evaporate waste water flows using MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) and to separate the waste water into process water and concentrate.
Based on the principles stated in the questionnaire >>> EPCON_Evaporator_questionaire , a provisional investment budget can be determined. Subsequently, the evaporation characteristic of your waste water flow can be determined by treating a sample of the waste water on a laboratory scale. EPCON also has pilot plant(s) that can be deployed on location, whereby the evaporation performance is made visible in a period of 1-2 weeks based on continuous operation.
Depending on the capacity, the evaporation installations are supplied in container and/or skid version or as fixed installations, where the EVAP (evaporator) is set up as a vertical column outside or in a hall and the secondary systems including the MVR compressor, circulation pumps, chemical dosing , electrical control etc. is placed in a container housing.

Product information standard evaporation installation: >>> EPCOVAP-MVR-8/15/25
For the evaporation installation we have a pilot evaporation installation that is built in a 20″ container, equipped with a compressed air and steam generator facility and so that it can be commissioned in a short time >>>>see the video below.
