The company is headquartered in Tehran and was established in 2005 by the private individuals, well rounded at such industrial activities, to achieve its objectives as setout hereunder:
To invest on renewable energy projects
To be the first investor in renewable energy projects in Iran
To promote utilization of waste capacities for production of electricity
To infuse a more environment-friendly mentality for reducing energy consumption
To introduce new opportunities to the main state to encourage other sectors in investing on new renewable energy projects

Implementation of this project will entail declined methane emission impacts on the atmosphere while producing energy via renewable resources.

At present, after 4 years, the site has been in operation producing electricity being sold to the Ministry of Energy as per a 13-year contract

Niroo Sabin Arya Company is a private joint stock company determined to focus its investments on “Utilization of Purified LFG by Biogas Engines”.
